About the Show:
When I began the Resin Man project, the idea was simple: “Wouldn’t it be cool if I made a transparent figurine of a man, and filled him with pieces of old electronics?”

As I progressed, I began to realize that I was doing more than randomly “putting ’stuff’ into man-shaped sculptures.” I was subconsciously extracting aspects of my personality to use as the basis for each figure. I created a small shrine, or “retablo,” for each figurine, as a way to examine each aspect separately from the whole.

How many pieces are there to your personality?
